Jewelry Box Rocks Store Policies

Returns:  Jewelry Box Rocks will accept returns of undamaged items that have not been worn.  Federal health codes require that earrings that have been worn are NOT returnable.  Return the item (at your expense).  Once the item is received, a refund for the full purchase price of the item will be issued.

Shipping:  Jewelry Box Rocks ships items insured through U.S. P.S. Priority Mail.  Processing of your purchased item(s) usually takes one to two business days.  We also ship all items insured and require confirmation of receipt.  This costs a small amount more for shipping, however it ensures that you get your products and if they do somehow get lost, you get the full amount of the purchase price back.

Privacy Policy:  Jewelry Box Rocks does not share any customer information with others for any reason.  Your name and address are used only to send your purchased items and to notify you of upcoming events for the store.  If you do not wish to receive notices of upcoming events, we will be happy to remove your contact information from our mailing lists.

Custom Items:  Jewelry Box Rocks does not produce custom order items.
