Hubei Turquoise Sterling Silver Statement Ring

This turquoise is from China, also known as Hubei turquoise.  The 29 x 22.5 millimeter oval turquoise cabochon has gorgeous blue and teal colors with a slash of matrix through it - pictures really don't do it justice.  The turquoise is surrounded by a heavy Beri style sterling silver halo.  The ring has an 18 gauge sterling silver tapered band with 1/2 round wire trim; the band is1/2 inch wide at the bezel plate, and narrows to 1/4 inch under your finger so it's very comfortable to wear. This ring is a size 8 U.S.
